TEAM CREATIVITY WORKSHOP

Our training, organized for the Association of Polish Students at the University of Wrocław, aimed to present techniques and tools for practicing and developing creativity in a project group.

As part of the training, we helped to:

  • inspire you to develop your creative potential

  • debunk myths about creativity

  • learn practical creative techniques

  • present the Design Thinking as a model for working on a creative project

Effective employees onboarding

DESIGN THINKING WORKSHOP

As a part of a series of workshops, we supported a multidisciplinary team in developing an employee onboarding program using the Design Thinking method.

During the workshop, we helped to:

  • collect and organize data from interviews

  • create personas

  • prepare a user journey

  • identify areas for improvement

  • design a solution to implement

As a result of the workshop, a new interactive website was designed to support the process of introducing an employee to the organization, with an intuitive user path that meets the needs at individual stages of onboarding and collects the necessary onboarding materials and contact details in one place so that the new employee can easily find himself in the new environment.

Creativity training for the knowledge management team

TEAM CREATIVITY WORKSHOP

Our training introduced the team to the practical ways, tools, and techniques used to stimulate creativity at work and in everyday life.

As part of the training, we helped to:

  • understand the differences between standard and creative thinking

  • bring the benefits of using creative solutions on a daily basis

  • learn practical tools and techniques to develop creativity

  • understand why creativity is the competence of the future

  • learn myths about creativity and how to overcome them


During the training, participants took part in exercises and interactions that helped them put selected techniques into practice and understand how they can use them at work and in private life.

Optimization of team processes through the Design Thinking method

DESIGN THINKING WORKSHOP

As part of a series of workshops, we supported the Risk Management team in getting to know and applying the Design Thinking process in practice.

As part of the workshop, we helped to:

  • understand the steps of the creative thinking method

  • learn about the tools and techniques used in the Design Thinking process

  • understand the practical application of the Design Thinking method in a given team

  • identify areas in the team that need improvement


As a result of the workshop, the team got acquainted with the method of creative thinking and identified areas that can be optimized and modernized using the Design Thinking method. The workshops had a positive impact on innovation processes in the team.

Training on creative techniques and tools during the Global Training Week

CREATIVITY WORKSHOP

During the training session as part of the "training week" in a global organization, we provided participants with proven and practical ways to stimulate creativity in order to increase personal and team innovation in the organization.

During the meeting, participants learned:

  • why creative thinking is essential for professional and personal development

  • what techniques and tools help to increase creativity in the team

  • how creativity affects our overall job and life satisfaction

  • how to think and act creatively

  • how not to succumb to the ubiquitous myths about creativity


As a result of the training, participants were encouraged to stimulate and nurture creative behavior and to use creative thinking to optimize various professional and personal activities. All this translates into increased innovation in the business environment, and increased satisfaction with work and private life.

Workshop for the HR team - an effective program of employee referrals

DESIGN THINKING WORKSHOP

As part of a series of workshops, we supported the HR team in improving the employee referral program using the Design Thinking method.

As part of the workshop, we helped to:

  • prepare employee interview questionnaires

  • create personas of program participants

  • develop an empathy map

  • identify areas for improvement

  • design solutions for implementation


The workshop resulted in a new concept of the employee referral program supporting recruitment, which, combined with an internal marketing campaign, was successfully implemented in the organization, achieving a 20% increase in referrals.

Workshop for the innovation team - creative cooperation and development of individual talents

GALLUP CLIFTON STRENGTHS-BASED WORKSHOP

During five workshop modules, participants learned about their individual talents according to the Gallup CliftonStrengths model, understood the distribution of talents and strengths of the entire team, as well as received practical tools to further develop talents and use them in a strength-based leadership approach.

As part of the workshop, we helped to:

  • discover and explore the strengths of each team member

  • create a map of team strengths

  • plan a development path based on their strengths

  • enhance creative collaboration based on collaboration between complementary talents

  • prepare participants for the role of leaders supporting the development of the natural strengths of the employees


As a result of the workshop, the team observed:

  • a better team communication and increased motivation

  • deepened understanding of one's strengths and skillful use of them in the team

  • a more creative, team approach to solving problems where everyone could draw on their natural talents

  • more effective collaboration in a virtual environment through a deeper understanding of all team members and the skills they bring
